These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website and SMS messaging services provided by OneSource Employment Solutions LLC (“OneSource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, applications, or scheduling requests. Submitting an application or using our website does not guarantee employment, placement, or a particular assignment.
Separate employment agreements, assignment notices, and client service agreements govern the applicable employment or business relationship.
SMS Terms
Customers opt-in by texting the keyword [Y] to (831) 400-3687 after seeing a call-to-action advertisement. A compliant welcome message is sent immediately upon opt-in. Enrollment is confirmed only after the customer replies Y (double opt-in). Provide a publicly accessible link or screenshot showing how customers are invited to sign up for your text messages (website banner, store sign, print ad). Also include the exact messages sent back and forth when someone texts your keyword as either a screenshot URL or text in this field.
Program Description and Consent
By providing your mobile number and separately opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from OneSource Employment Solutions LLC about employment opportunities, applications, interviews, onboarding, shift availability, scheduling, assignment reminders, and related employment or account updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or being considered for employment. Using our website or providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your applications, assignments, scheduling activity, and interactions with OneSource.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging and data plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.
To resume messages, complete our SMS opt-in process again.

Mobile Number and Delivery
You must own the mobile number you provide or be authorized to consent on its behalf. Please notify us if your number changes.

Updates
