Knowledge of Excel’s advanced features; ability to draw/extract data, create Excel reports including the use of Pivot tables; high analytical ability to work with data and create reports of various kinds; skill/ability to provide effective guidance and expertise in the development and implementation of programs and projects in the area of assignment; review and evaluate program activities analytically and to develop effective plans, reporting tools and methods for program improvement.



Cooperates with team, agency staff, and other groups and facilities in the design, development, modification and implementation of key agency projects and programs; determines program feasibility and goals; develops effective monitoring and evaluation reports, tools and procedures for new and ongoing programs to assure program conformance and integrity; consults with appropriate personnel regarding program goals, objectives, accountability and delivery of services; develops operating procedures, plans and manuals; prepares a variety of technical and administrative reports.



Additional Information

Looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, data entry, Microsoft Suite knowledge. Google Suite experience is a must - experience with Google Docs, Google Drive, pivot tables

Looking for someone who has previous project coordinator/project manager skills

Possibility this position will turn into a FTE with a slight pay increase

Candidate must have their own equipment (computer, internet)

Position is mostly remote but may require to be in office at some point

Requirements

  • Required in-depth knowledge and experience in MS office applications and Google Suite.

  • Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Excel’s advanced features

  •  Ability to draw/extract data, create Excel reports including the use of Pivot tables; high analytical ability to work with data and create reports of various kinds
