About the job
General Duties:
Supports development and implementation of floor space/layout plans
General facility & maintenance activities and other work areas as required
Support Fleet Management (60 vehicle)
Performs repairs on office furniture, cubicles, cabinets and other as required
Uses Google e-mail and calendar tools to receive/send e-mails and schedule activities as required to support basic job duties
Creates /maintains spreadsheets, performance metrics, manual files and other computer based applications as required
Support receiving and mail distribution
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, G-mail and calendar
Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
Familiar with facility safety and security
Ability to work under moderate pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed management environment
Basic mechanical ability and use of general hand and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
2-3 years of experience in office facility support
Experience in fleet support
Prior experience in a lean environment
High energy, highly motivated, team contributor
Requirements
